Project overview

This project delivered a robotic process automation (RPA) deployment aimed at reducing manual handling on the client’s production line. Our engineers assessed the existing workflow to identify repetitive, high-volume tasks best suited to automation, then designed, installed, and integrated robotic systems that worked alongside the existing equipment rather than replacing it wholesale. The deployment was phased to minimize disruption to ongoing production.

The project focused on throughput, consistency, workforce safety, and system integration. Since deployment, the client has seen faster cycle times, fewer manual-handling injuries, and more consistent output quality.

Goals of the project

The primary goals were to increase throughput, reduce manual-handling risk, and integrate robotic systems smoothly into the existing production line.

The problem

The client’s production line relied heavily on manual handling for repetitive tasks, creating bottlenecks and increasing the risk of workplace injury.

The solutions

We designed and deployed a phased robotic automation solution that integrated with the client’s existing equipment and workflow.
