This project explored advanced materials with the potential to improve product durability, reduce weight, and lower manufacturing costs. Our research team evaluated a range of composites and alloys against the client’s performance requirements, testing each candidate under real production conditions rather than relying on lab data alone. The work involved close collaboration with the client’s engineering team to make sure any material recommendation was actually practical to manufacture at scale. |
